Once referred, we will meet with the client as an objective 3rd party. Sometimes it's very helpful to have a neutral party come in to offer feedback. We'll provide advice on what needs decluttering or reorganizing, lessening any chance of awkward conversations for you. Our team will offer suggestions for simple decor changes and staging as well.

Once the home owner commits to working with Ready to Sell Homes, we will:
- Work closely with the client to shift through clutter and congested areas which are problematic for showings.
- For simple decor problem areas, we will recommend changes- such as a change of paint color from that neon green accent wall to a more neutral tone for example. If the client would like, we'll even get bids from area painters to complete the work.
- We can assist the client in getting a start on packing for an eventual move, with all those boxes staged neatly in a storage or garage area. This will free up the living areas of the home for better appeal to potential buyers, making the interior look larger in the process.
- Working with furniture they already own, we will help stage the rooms for better photo opportunities and online listing appeal.
